7th Grade Immunization Requirements

2026-2027 School year 7th grade immunization requirements

* Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis): One dose is required if it’s been five years since the last tetanus-containing vaccine.

* Meningococcal Vaccine (MCV4): One dose is required on or after the 11th birthday.

Students can obtain exemptions for medical or religious reasons, but this requires a written exemption from a physician or a signed affidavit, respectively. This must be updated every 2 years.

It’s crucial to ensure that all required vaccines are up to date before the start of the school year. Please have new immunization record to the front office by August 14, 2026.
